These general terms of use (CGU) govern the use of the SESA-TECH platform, published by SESA-TECH SARL, hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher", by any person accessing and using the platform, hereinafter referred to as "the User".

The SESA-TECH platform offers the following features:

• Access to resources and content
• Communication tools

The Publisher reserves the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the platform, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.

3. Access conditions

3.1. Access to the platform is reserved for users with valid access rights.

3.2. The User agrees to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3.3. The Publisher reserves the right to deny access to the platform in the event of non-compliance with these Terms of Use.

4. User behavior

4.1. The User agrees to use the platform only for legal purposes and in compliance with these Terms of Use.

4.2. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Fraudulent or abusive uses
• The dissemination of illegal or harmful content
• Unauthorized attempts to access systems
• Acts of unfair competition

4.3. The User is solely responsible for the use made of their login credentials.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. The platform and its content (texts, images, software, etc.) are the exclusive property of the Publisher or its partners.

5.2. Any reproduction, modification, or use of the content is subject to prior written authorization.

5.3. The trademarks and logos displayed on the platform are registered trademarks. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

6. Personal data

Personal data collected during the use of the platform is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Responsibilities

7.1. The Publisher strives to ensure access and proper functioning of the platform 24/7 but cannot guarantee continuous availability.

7.2. The Publisher shall not be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform.

7.3. The User is solely responsible for the use they make of the platform and the content they share there.

8. Modification of the Terms of Use

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of changes by any appropriate means. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

9.1. These Terms of Use are governed by French law.

9.2. In case of dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction after exhaustion of amicable dispute resolution procedures.
